Megan Bidencope

Megan Bidencope Megan is a highly competent and engaging consultant and facilitator with over 19 years consulting experience. Megan is a specialist in the areas of executive coaching, strategy development, organisational change, leadership development, and team development. She is effective in building sustainable relationships and partnerships across a range of levels to ensure that they develop the right culture and behaviours to achieve the required organisational strategy and outcomes. Megan’s ability to grasp key complex concepts quickly and translate them into meaningful messages tailored for her audience has resulted in praise from her clients. Her industry experience includes construction, mining, manufacturing, utilities, IT & T, aviation, financial services and health. 

 

Megan's approach allows individuals and teams to improve their performance by providing them with the necessary motivation and coaching to achieve behavioural change.

Megan has held senior management team roles in a global consulting organisation in which she was accountable for the total revenue generation across Australia and New Zealand. Over the course of her career she has also been involved in the development and delivery of global assignments, including working with clients in Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.  

Megan holds a Masters in Applied Science and is accredited in a range of psychometric assessments including Human Synergistics LSI and GSI.  She also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a Certificate IV in OHS. She is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and is currently completing the Company Directors Course. Her extensive list of career achievements include being the Managing Director of Bidencope Consulting Pty Ltd, Managing Director of United Injury Management Service, Managing Principal and Regional Manager, Client Engagement for Right Management.
