It is well documented that coaching is a very valuable way to build the capability of individuals, and in turn, build capability within the organisation.

Whilst we tailor the coaching process to every individual, our approach is always aligned to achieving both the organisational and individual’s needs. There are several stages in the coaching process. These generally involve:

  • Data gathering & debrief process
  • Clarification and agreement of desired coaching outcomes
  • Coaching to agreed outcomes
  • Review against agreed coaching outcomes

Our coaching participants regularly comment on the insights, strategic and practical skills gained through the coaching process that they continue to apply long after the coaching initiative has stopped.

Our primary focus for coaching is the following levels:

  • Executive Coaching
  • Middle Management Coaching

Individual assessments

We have the ability to provide a range of individual assessments. These can include both accredited and non-accredited 360 degree assessments. We are accredited in undertaking LSI assessments and MBTI assessments. We also work with other partners to develop tailor made individual assessments.
